Hello, I’m Naomi, designer and founder of Seed Home Designs, thank you for your interest in my work. I create unique, hand illustrated fabrics, wallpaper and home furnishings. With a love of all things nature and the inspiring surroundings of the Cornish coast, these have an amiable influence in the textiles and products that I offer. 

My business began just over 7 years ago when we purchased our first property, a small Victorian terrace that was in much need of a touch of homemaking. I have always loved playing with colour, texture and pattern within an interior space, and with a background as a textile designer, I decided to dust off my sketchbook and begin to draw again, creating some beautiful and unique designs for my home.

That is how my first flora fabric collection began, simple linear drawings out in nature which started the seed of an idea and grew into the beginnings of my business to that which you see today.

With a connection to nature I was instinctively drawn to make sustainable choices, loving the beauty of the natural organic cloth with my linear designs printed on them and enjoying the fact that we could offer our designs printed using GOTS certified water based inks. Since then, we have been growing our business to work closely with some fantastic British fabric and wallpaper print suppliers that have a strong environmentally friendly ethos at the heart of what they do.

Fabrics and Ordering

Seed Home Designs creates flora- and nature-inspired fabrics based on original hand-drawn illustrations by Naomi Sisson, designed in Cornwall. Each design is carefully designed using digital techniques to produce seamless repeat fabric patterns, which are printed in England using eco-friendly, water-based pigment inks. All fabrics are printed to order on light to medium-weight natural cotton and organic fabric bases, making them durable, high quality, and washable at 30°C. Our Sustainable Wallpapers

Our sustainable wallpapers are locally printed onto eco-friendly, high-quality paper with a beautiful smooth satin finish. Featuring unique country and coastal designs, our wallpaper collections coordinate seamlessly with our fabric ranges, while offering a wider choice of colourways exclusive to wallpaper. All wallpapers are printed to order and dispatched within 7 days. Naomi’s product range continues to evolve as she develops her printed fabric and wallpaper collections.
