This November we are thrilled to hold a stall at Makers Cornwall Christmas Fair at Penryn Campus. This is a go to event to meet and pickup Christmas gifts from some of the very best artisan businesses in the South West of Cornwall. Built from the ground up, Makers Cornwall was launched some years ago by a group of friends and talented creative business owners. Over the years Makers Cornwall Christmas Fair has now become established as one of the most prestigious Christmas shopping events in Cornwall.

Come by our stand to pick up gift cards for friends and family that love Seed Home Designs products, including beautiful homewares made from our coastal and country inspired designs, we will also be bringing large samples of both our fabrics and wallpapers to browse.

This year we are excited to have our fabrics and wallpapers shown by Heather La Roy at James Crossing at the prestigious Interior design show, Toronto, Vancouver . For this show Heather is doing something a little different, her exhibit will feature chairs upholstered in a range of designer fabrics from the vibrant European collections that she represents. Each chair will then be auctioned as Chairs for Charity,  benefiting a local charity which helps provide emergency housing for homeless youth in Vancouver. (https://www.covenanthousebc.org/). Beginners Lampshade Making Workshop-Cornwall

Press the pause button of life and join our design Naomi Sisson in the calmness of her garden studio. Tucked away near the mining trails with fantastic views over Lanner, Cornwall enjoy the perfect location for a few hours of creative retreat. During the workshop you will learn how to make a 30cm drum lampshade at your own pace with guidance and demonstration from start to finish. This workshop is suitable for beginners and will help you gain confidence to make up more lampshades in the future. You can choose to bring your own piece of fabric or purchase a Seed Home Designs fabric panel in a design of your choice.

This is the biggest and best south west interior, soft furnishing and workroom show, drawing attendees from all over the UK. There really is something for everyone, from emerging designers and smaller companies right through to international fabric and wallpaper companies.

As a trade customer come and meet Naomi face to face and see some of her latest fabric collection OLIVE & DOT.

During the event you can enjoy browsing some the best of locally made artisan gifts and products, take part in craft workshops or perhaps enjoy a Christmassy afternoon tea (both bookable in advance)
